Last updated: 31.01.2026

1) Controller / Contact

The controller responsible for processing your personal data is:

Jad Abou Ghanem Softwareentwicklung, Saarstr. 46, 38440 Wolfsburg, Germany

Email: jad.aghanem9@gmail.com

2) What data we process

Account data: email address and (optional) profile name.

Project data: project name and GPX source reference (which may contain location and time data).

Uploaded files: GPX files you upload to generate overlays.

Generated outputs: rendered overlay videos and related job metadata needed to deliver the result.

Billing data (if you purchase a plan): payment and subscription information is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

3) Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to provide the service (account login, project management, overlay generation, delivery of rendered files). Legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract/performance of service).

We may process limited data to operate and secure the service (e.g., abuse prevention, debugging). Legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).

5) Data retention (30-day project lifecycle)

Project-related data is retained for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, projects and associated GPX uploads and generated render outputs are automatically deleted as part of our lifecycle/retention rules.

This retention applies to project-related data only (not your account itself).

6) Cookies and local storage

At launch, Vectora does not use marketing or analytics cookies.

We may use essential storage mechanisms required for authentication and core functionality (for example, tokens stored by the authentication provider). These are necessary to provide the service.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or analytics in the future, we will request consent where required and provide a way to change your preferences.

7) Your rights

Depending on your situation, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (GDPR Arts. 15–21).

To exercise your rights, contact us at info@vectora-telemetry.com.

8) Supervisory authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

9) Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
