1) Scope

These Terms govern your use of the Vectora website, application, and related services (the “Service”).

2) Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3) Service description

Vectora allows you to upload GPX data, select a template, and generate downloadable overlay assets/videos. Output depends on your inputs and chosen settings.

4) Your content

You retain rights to the GPX files and other content you upload. You grant us a limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service (rendering, storage, and delivery).

5) Retention (30-day project lifecycle)

Projects and project-related files (including uploaded GPX data and generated render outputs) are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are then automatically deleted.

6) Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access it unlawfully, interfere with operations, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

7) Plans, billing, and payments (if applicable)

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are handled by our payment provider. Plan features, pricing, and renewal/expiration are shown in the Service and may change prospectively.

8) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

9) Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

10) Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Mandatory liability (e.g., for intent or gross negligence where applicable) remains unaffected.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violations of these Terms.

12) Governing law

If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable. Otherwise, German law applies, excluding conflict of laws rules.
